David is best, I looked everywhere for an affordable place to repair the hdmi port on my Xbox series X, everyplace I called told me that it was gonna run me $250-$350 and take up to two weeks. One repair shop even told me that it was a 50/50 chance they would be able to fix it and I would have to pay $250 even if they weren’t successful. When I called YUFixit they told me it was no problem and gave me an affordable price. I drove all the way from the Bronx in rush hour traffic and arrived at 6:10 when they close at 7. Even though I arrived later than expected they understood my situation and repaired my Xbox. Overall, the customer service was very good, the price was fantastic, and when other places told me it was a two week time window, YUFixit got it done in an hour! ~ Matthew M
YuFixit saved me from having to buy a completely new Xbox! As background, my son's Xbox stopped working. I couldn't get it to turn. After looking into the repair options through Microsoft, I discovering that it was no longer under warranty and there was no way to get it fixed through Microsoft or its approved vendors. I then searched the web for a repair store and was pleased to see that YUFixit was the ONLY company with a perfect 5 star review, and I now know why. The YUFixit team was easy to work with, was prompt in their review of the issue and had my son's Xbox fixed before the estimated date of completion. I find it scary to use unknown vendors for repairs, but I will absolutely go back to YUFix it as the pricing was fair and as my experience was nothing but positive. ~ NSCM
David the owner is an avid professional. He knows his stuff and gives you his legit opinion before doing any work. I've brought him many devices through the years and he's always been helpful in finding parts and helping me decide if it's even worth fixing. He always quotes me a very reasonable number which makes the decision a lot easier. I used to get my parts myself and bring them to him (he never had an issue with this, most repair places would) but I've learned he is better at sourcing quality parts than am I and will warranty the repair if you buy from him. He's very upfront and doesn't play games, so let him quote and you won't be disappointed. Repairs are always done the same day for the most part or next day if he's waiting for the part to arrive. ~ Grant P
